Hello Barry again

As I said in my previous email, I only use the Last.FM website in a minimal
way.  Below are comments I got from a SpeakOn user Shawn Klein who uses the
website to its full potential.

OK Isaac. Well as I said on Skype, I find it to be quite accessible. It can
be a bit complicated and confusing for new users, even sighted users, but
it's quite accessible. If you're very familiar with the navigation keys that
your screen reader offers to skip across elements, and you take the time to
learn the layout of the pages you can manoeuvre  quite rapidly to where you
want to go. There are only a few accessibility issues when using Firefox,
but when I run into those I switch to IE to do what I want to do.
Even for us, reading the frequently asked questions is a good start. You'll
get a better understanding of how the site works, though some things you'll
still have to figure out for yourself. If you want I can explain how the
search works and you can quote that. The search is one of those
non-intuitive things you just have to figure out. But once you do it works
fine.
Sighted folks have the same problem with it at first.

Has anyone had prgoress with this service using a screenreader?

I couldn't' even complete their installation wizard for th edesktop
software.

It's design was in a  word horrendous.
