Hi Barry,
I've also found Accessible RSS very useful, but have moved on to Snarfer,
which works pretty much like an e-mail client, without being hard to use.
I have so many news feeds now that it's handy to hive them off into
folders, e.g., for regular news, blind stuff, computers. You get a
tree-view of folders on the left and can tab over to the list-view of
headlines on the right, and you can still whip through them very quickly.
Still pretty simple, very accessible, and it copes with masses of
material. I still use Accessible RSS for a quick look at something like
BBC News, however.
Vince.

Agreed,
I use Accessible RSS for reading text feeds because there are some other
nice apps out there that do allot. However, I just want to shoot up and
down a list of headlines, and hit enter to go to the site to read it. If
the story takes my interest.
Barry.

Vince,
Sometimes simplicity can be the key. Juice seems to be doing the trick
for the moment, but I do agree that sometimes applications get too
complicated for their own good.

Leonie,
Personally I find Juice too darn complicated. Not beyond the wit of man,
but I have other things to wory about.
Mostly I use the webbie.org.uk Accessible Podcatcher, and although it
doesn't have hundreds of bells and whistles, sometimes less is more,
innit.

Hi Leonie,
Where it says Skipped, just press the space bar on the episode, and it
will be selected to download. Juice by default will only download the
latest episode, and you may have hit space on it by mistake, which
will set it to skipped. The space bar toggles between skipped and to
downlload. Press the space bar on it, and watch the status change.
All the best
Steve

Evening,
I've just downloaded Juice for the first time. I've added a
subscription to In Touch, but can't get seem to get it to
work/download/play. If I look on the Subscription tab, I can see In
Touch listed.
If I then either Check All or Check Selected, it appears to scan. In
the second drop down box on the Subscriptions tab it appears to show
an episode from the 22nd April. It also seems to have the word
"skipped"
associated with it, in case that's relevant.
Whatever I do, I can't seem to do anything with it. I'm clearly
missing something important. If anyone can set me straight, it would
be much appreciated.
Alternatively, if there are any other pod catchers out there I'd be
interested to hear. Thanks.
Regards,
Léonie.
