Try repairing JAWS. If not, uninstall, including shared components, and reinstall. Hope this helps.

Hello all,

I am running Jaws version 9.+ and recently did a Windows update to Service pack 3 and some other updates that came with it and now my Jaws is doing the following:

1. In Outlook Express 6 Jaws no longer echoes the column headings i.e. "to" "cc" "subject" and nor does it indicate whether a message in the In box has been read or not.

2. When going through tabs, the Jaws is not indicating which tab it is on

Can anyone shed any light on what to do to resolve the problems?
