you can also reactivate Jaws @ the following website by filling in a form, u
will get the confirmation by email on the next business day. Make sure you
have got your ILM authorization number or Serial Number to put in there. The

Well you could go into the help menu of Jaws, alt h, then cursor
down to update authorization and try re-authorizing it.
If you are using an ILM licensed copy of Jaws, this will
re-authorize it if you have any installs left.
If you don't, contact your dealer or Freedom Scientific for a
reset of your install count.
FS is usually pretty good about this.
