Hi Brian,

You don't even need to contact FS nowadays, just hit
http://www.fsactivate.com, and you can reset your authorisation over the
web.  Works a treat.

Hi Des and list:

Well you could go into the help menu of Jaws, alt h, then cursor down to
update authorization and try re-authorizing it.

If you are using an ILM licensed copy of Jaws, this will re-authorize it if
you have any installs left.

If you don't, contact your dealer or Freedom Scientific for a reset of your
install count.

FS is usually pretty good about this.
