Hi Erica,
The "on mouseover" keystroke is control+insert+enter. I think that is what
you are after.
I usually press the left control, and insert and enter on the numpad.
Sometimes, JAWS reports no change, sometimes it says eg "Text changed at
line 6". Even when it reports no change, it is worth looking round the area
in case there has been a change.
