[bcab] JAWS and Tabs

Hi All,

This is where I show myself up as not being very conversant with the more
advanced features of JAWS. I'm now required to use a product called
ServiceCenter 6 which, according to its developers, is accessible with
JAWS. Well, I'm not sure what they've done with the accessibility, but it
clearly isn't without a lot of tweaking.

One thing I've noticed is that there are a lot of tabs on any given page
and there are items such as read only fields included in the tab order. Is
there a way of making JAWS 9 ignore some of the tabs in a given tab order?

Personally, I've only just installed JAWS 9 and on first impression, it
seems very unstable. Is this the case, or am I missing something?

Finally, if David Boden is reading this, are you too required to use
ServiceCenter 6 by the council, and if so, how are you approaching it?
Maybe two heads could be better than one on this one.
