[bcab] Re: JAWS and Egg Banking

Thanks for trying Norman.  I get the same problem on two machines too.  Very odd.

Hi Mel,

Well, I don't understand. For me, the problem was identical in JAWS 7.10 and JAWS 9. I can't think of anything else to try.

Cheers,

Norman O.

Hi Norman,

No, they haven't changed the page, as I'm able to replicate the problem today.  I've had the problem for a while and reverted to JAWS 7 to log into this site.  I hoped the JAWS 9 might resolve it but it hasn't.  Maybe its something I changed in JAWS 7 but I don't know what.

Hi Mel,

Well, I have tried your Egg site with JAWS 7.10 and the result is still
the same. I then tried to get JAWS to ignore the clickable graphics with
control-insert-tab, but it didn't work: entering nothing in the prompt
field just went back to the original prompt; putting in quote-quote
spoke out quote quote.

I think they must have changed their page.

Best regards,

Norman O.
