[bcab] Re: JAWS 7.0

A friend had exactly the same problem, Jaws 7 on 2 different pc's at home & was 
LIVID about it going
back to demo mode when he was in the middle of something crucial.

I'm not sure if this has been common enough to have been reported to FS as a 
bug issue yet, but the
answer is possibly, once jaws is re-registered, the next time the registration 
component tries to
connect online, block it with your firewall.   Since my friend did this the 
problem has not
recurred.

Hi,

Over the past  few weeks, I have had my fully-paid-up and licensed copy of
JAWS 7 revert itself back to a demo copy on two different machines.  Anyone
know why, please?  Is this a known 'feature' of ILM?  Any way I can stop
this irritating behaviour - not very handy at 2 in the morning when you're
dealing with an on-call production incident!

Thanks in advance for any offerings - oh yes, this is happening under both
XP Home and Pro.
