        I would think that you'd be able to upload a signature into
graphical form, without losing the uniqueness of someone's handwriting.
You'd lose that though if you converted the signature to text, but providing
you're happy using the graphic I think it should work.

Hi Leonie, 

As part of my job, I interview clients and visit employers and disabled
people who may need Workstep support.  As we are required to record
everything for OFSTED, I am wondering how this device would cope with
signatures, and if it would be possible for me to ask a client to sign their
name, and then transfer their signature into a word document or would it
alter their signature in trying to transfer it into recognizable text?

        So far, it's proving quite useful. Some models don't have the
ability to convert your notes into text format though, so it's worth reading
up on the different ones available.
