[bcab] Re: How to centre a picture on my desktop as wallpaper

go to control panel, then display, then desktop tab, then tab to the picture
selection drop down, if your guide dog is selected, tab across to where it
says, stretch, arrow up, you should find tile, and then centre.  tab to ok,
and wait for a few seconds.  job done.
