I had exactly the same problem.
In my case I went onto my netbook and managed to open the account in classic
settings. This appeared to sort out the problem on my Desktop as well.
I know this all sounds illogical but you could try logging in on another PC to
see if you can sort this.

Subject: [bcab] Help please
Hi,
I wonder whether anyone can help.
I am using bt.yahoo.com/webmail, and have inadvertently switched to their beta
Mail XClassic setting, instead of Classic mail.
I am told when i log in to my account that Mail Clasxsic is not yet
screenreader friendly, and that I should change back to Classic BT Yahoo Mail.
However, it is so unfriendly, that it will not let me change back. I have
tried everything for a day, and am now desperate to check whether i have emails
that have been deemed to be spam.
Any suggestions gratefully received,
David Scott.N‡Ú¶jy¦ºÐ
