[bcab] Guide Cats: Sarah Kennedy's birthday on Sunday week

Dear all,
 
today is Mark Radcliffe's birthday, so if you are of a mind to phone in
to your local BBC radio station, why not ask them to play Jason and the
Arguments from Guide Cats vol. 1.
 
The next birthday on the horizon among the cats list is Sarah Kennedy,
who celebrates on Sunday 08 July.  Please consider requesting her
rendition of Sprouts on local stations for that day.
 
Some of you may find these messages slightly irritating, but we will
soon have a full date calendar up on BCAB website, so you can look up
the birthdays of your favourite Guide Cats performers and request tracks
to tie in.  Do remember that airplay for the tracks has been
demonstrated to add to the EyeT4All funds.  Also, it will be helpful to
try to get local radio airplay of the first two albums now, to bring the
series further into public consciousness in preparation for the new
volume, out in mid-July.
