Ottawa Canada Actually I think Saratech was using the name Freedom Box before the formation of Freedom Scientific so they have a prior claim to the use of the word "Freedom." FS presumably has to convince a court that they have incurred losses through Saratech's use of the word Freedom but are probably hoping Saratech will quietly settle out of court for an undisclosed sum, the way these suits usually get settled.
