Hi Folks,
I've an old pair of Sonys here that are around 9 years old. Still working etc, but even when low down have a sortive basy echo round the house. 

Can anyone recommend a decent set of pc speakers?

I dont' mind a sub but if I can get away without one I'd prefer.
I want decent quality, (max 60 quid), and I want them to sit on the desk not have to be bracked to the wall like the Creative ones I've seen on Ebay.
I'd head up to PC world but it's a taxi ride to get there, plus the place is a rip off and chances are they'll be in a box and I won't be able to hear them anyway.
