[bcab] Re: Finding folder in outlook 2003

Hi Derek,

The likelihood is that the folder already exists within another folder
and that you are not seeing it because the parent folder isn't open.

For example, I have a folder called BCAB. It was created inside the
inbox. If I hit control+y and cursor down the list, I am told that the
inbox is closed. As a result of this, my BCAB folder doesn't appear in
the list but if I highlight the inbox and cursor right to open it, the
BCAB folder shows up as the next folder under the inbox.

Subject: [bcab] Finding folder in outlook 2003

Hi All
I have tried to create a folder in outlook 2003
But I find I cannot!
When I do control+shift+f and then type in the name of new Folder, I
get
the message that the folder already exists!
But when I do control+y and arrow up and down! I cannot find
Any folder with the name that is supposed to bbe there.

Regards, Derek
