[bcab] Finding folder in outlook 2003

Hi All
I have tried to create a folder in outlook 2003
But I find I cannot!
When I do control+shift+f and then type in the name of new Folder, I get
the message that the folder already exists!
But when I do control+y and arrow up and down! I cannot find
Any folder with the name that is supposed to bbe there.
