reader, apart from System Access has done it.  So I would have to

Having played with Hal version 9 now for a week it's internet explorer
support is considerably improved.

A nice thing is that Hal have adopted a SA type of approach to interacting
with forms. When you land on a form either through tab, arrows or quick keys
it automatically jumps in to interactive mode so that you can interact with
a form in exactly the same way a sighted person does. Also because of the
use of the dolphin modifier key in conjunction with the quick keys you can
jump strait to the next control with a quick key strait from other form
controls. It seems pretty well done to me.

Hi, I think that works well until you hit multi-line edits and things, but
tab still works. The only problem could be if you're hitting a quick nav key
repeatedly and suddenly find you've typed loads of letters, but everything
has pros and cons. The SA approach is certainly the best for filling in many
forms I find as you can arrow through the text without having to go in and
out of any special mode. It beats Jaws and Wineyes there for me.
