I notice that if you read the claim FS state that it would be difficult to
calculate any losses they claim they would incur. Even so they want three

I've seen this already and am amazed that Freedom Scientific are going
down
this road. I don't know of anyone who would confuse Fredom Scientific with
Freedom Box. Will this tie up money in legal costs on the part of both
companies which could and should be used for development? It's a nonsense
and I don't see it doing Freedom Scientific's reputation any good.

It would appear that Freedom Scientific are taking Serotek to court over
a trademark infringement of the word "Freedom" in their FreedomBox.
Questions are being raised about the timing of this action in relation
to the recent news about the Wafra buyout:
