Hi Terry,

Have never found a delay on their server, try copy and pasting the relevant 
lines from the e-mail, making sure there are no added spaces at the 
beginning and end.

Hi all,

I'm now commissioning a different PC and have bought a licence for ESET 
NOD32 Version 4.

I received the email with the username and password an followed the link 
supplied.

I duly entered the supplied username and password when prompted, but this 
didn't work.

Perhaps there's a delay between the purchase and the authorisation on their 
server.

I've checked this process several times and my typing isn't that bad!

Any thoughts?
