Hi John

If you're using Jaws then this is how I do it, using v7.1:

If you go into My Computer,
Find the drive in question,
Right click - the button to the left of the right ctrl,
cursor up once to properties,
press return/enter key,
Click jaws key and b together and this will read all the spec on the drive.
