I wouldn't confuse yourself further by introducing another piece of
software into the mix.
 
1.  Disk Keeper does boot-time defrags.
 
2.  Disk Keeper - Defrags the Master File Table, (MFT), and Paging
Files.
 
3.  You've already purchased Disk Keeper.
