[bcab] Re: Desk top icons

Hi George:
Tried this, but the same thing happens.
I wonder if the method of creating the new desktop icon was
not the best:
1. Located c:\documents and settings\user\my documents

2. menu-file-send to
3. desktop.

Right click on a blank area of the desktop, and select
"Arrange Icons by". Then select "By name".

Subject: [bcab] Desk top icons

Hi All:
A while ago, I inadvertently deleted the 'my documents' icon
from my desk top.
Although I have re-created one, it seems to be impossible to
drag and drop it to the top of the list of icons.
In the XP classic setting, it falls below 'my computer'.

Can anyone tell me how to restore it to its original
position without major restoring to defaults etc.

David
