[bcab] Dell PC with Jaws v10 & Zoomtext v 9.1

Hi All
At the weekend I tried to install Jaws v10 & Zoomtext v 9.1 onto my home
Dell PC but when I tried to run Zoomtext I get the dreaded blue screen
any idea why this might be happening
