Hi Peter. Below is an email you wrote Wendy when she was having trouble
downloading DVD audioextractor. Unfortunately, I'm failing to implement
your solution which I'm sure is simple enough.
I'm using a laptop so have no mouse as such. Hitting right click or shift
F10 produces context menus which just aren't right as they don't have the
save as option you found.
Previously downloading audio from BBC pages, do I also remember an issue
where it sounds like the cursor is on the download button but actually it
isn't and there's a special keystroke one has to know.
Any help gratefully received.
Regards
Tim Gebbels

Hi Wendy,
I had the exact same problem, and the solution was to right-click the
download link, and choose save-as, rather than hitting Enter.

This program has been recommended to me by a friend, who sent me an audio
tutorial describing how it can be used to play DVD's or extract the audio
from them. I have made several attempts to download the software, but
each
time I try to run it an error message tells me that the file is corrupted.
I have contacted Computer Application Studio who supply the program, but
they say the problem must be at my end, as they have tried downloading it
and it works ok. The website is at:

Does anyone else use this program, and can you tell me what might be
happening here?
Many thanks
Wendy
