[bcab] Computer servicing over the internet

Hi Listers,

I have never found it a problem to get computer hardware serviced. The problem arises with the specialised access software required by blind computer users for which the local technician mostly has little knowledge . To get technicians who have blind access expertise to call at ones office or home costs a fortune. And as ever with computers as soon as a new upgrade arrives so does trouble ! As a non techie who finds the access software for the blind sometimes a struggle to get running really well, I would like to bring to the attention of anyone who also struggles, the modern advance of having the various problems sorted Easley by remote control. I recommend the new, convenient and excellent way to get ones access software serviced over the internet. Steve Nutt of Computer Room Services, has been helping me out over the past year, the technology really works and with the expertise that Steve has it is, for me, an excellent way of solving any awkward problems.

All the best,
Mike Pass
