[bcab] Re: Characters inserted in emails

Yes, it is the freelists surver that messes these up.  Apparently, if you 
send in plain text, it doesn't happen.

Sorry to go on about this again, but having posted to the list today, I find
that my own email is full of the = and =20 characters which I have never had
before.  Also, it is only on this email list that I get them.  Is this
actually something to do with Freelists, rather than Outlook settings? It
really messed up the list of accented characters I put in the email.
