Hi Dave,
I got that message too, through one of the lists I belong to, and was going to get the relevant permissions to forward it to this list and to Access-uk, but as I do not know the original sender, I contacted the friend who runs the list from which I received the message, but have had no reply as yet.
Although I am not a face book user myself, I saw the message as a positive step for visually impaired FACEBOOK users and also as a positive step for the visually impaired in the general world of captures.
