[bcab] Re: Can't enter WIFI Key

It seems it's asking for a WEP key.

Anyone know how to toggle this to WPA?

It's very odd as the other machine on the network accepts the key fine but this thing keeps demanding for a WEP key. Even though it's never connected to a WIFI connection in it's life.

Subject: [bcab] Can't enter WIFI Key

Hi all,

I'm trying to use PSK Personal and TKIP for the security settings.

I've only used WEP in the past but am switching because of the security concerns with WEP.
I enter my key.
This is a mixture of alpha and numerical characters.

I do this, the gateway reboots and when I try to enter the key on the wifi enabled PC I get, enter the

The network password needs to be 40bits or 104bits depending on your network configuration. This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal characters.

With an OK button.

Maybe I'm not getting the format right in the key?

I'll be changing this but here is the key I was going to use. Can anyone see something wrong with this?

That's 27 characters and according to my router I can have between 8 and 63 characters in this key...

I'm at a loss. I've tryed dropping it to 26 characters but still the same messege.

Any ideas?
