There's a listing of blogs and pointers to hunting for more, made much easier, of course, by the likes of Technorati and RSSMicro.
As for real recommendations, I can only say that I keep going back myself to Blind Access Journal, Blind Confidential (Chris Hokstatter), BBC Access 2.0, GW Micro (even though I don't have Wnindow Eyes, it's got interesting stuff in it sometimes), and, as someone's personal story, Nickie's Nook. It all depends what you're looking for.
