Francis, your browser can block popups, (e.g.,Tools/Popup Blocker in I.E.) and 
also several of those toolbar programs such as Google and Yahoo toolbar also 
have pop-up blocking functions. It's a good idea to remember which programs are 
blocking the pop-uups, because you might want to unblock them at some point 
(e.g., playing a radio station).
