Hello Everyone,
It's Vicki here again.
I've now become a new member and thought I would write about the baloon issue and say that I sometimes can't find the actual baloon message in the system tray which is strange. 
Hope you don't mindme posting a reply to your suggestion Mark!!!

I'm getting the "Pop" sound, which I assume is the balloon, witha message saying: "Updates are reayd for your computer. Click here to install". How do I do this with Jaws, before the balloon disappears? I assume it's a good 
idea to take these updates when the system notifies you.
