[bcab] Re: Balloon: Updates are ready for your computer...

Glad its of some use; I've now remembered/found where this is located,
this is all on Windows XP, SP2 (if that makes a differnce I don't
know).:
Start menu, settings, then either 'task bar and start menu, or
'control pannel' followed by 'task bar and start menu'.
Within the 'task baar and start menu, on the 'task bar' tab, tab along
to the bitufucatuib area hide inactive icons, and either uncheck that
(which will display all icons weather active or inactive). or:
The next 'ta button along is 'notification area customise' button;
clicking on this brings up a list of all the potential icons and you
can change the settings for each, from always hide, hide when
inactive, always show etc...

I think I've got that right... Feel free to prove me wrong...
