[bcab] Re: Backing up OE data

Hi Tom, you need to reimport the messages of course, if you are running a new O
E installation.

Choose File menu, import messages, then arrow down to Microsoft Outlook express
6, and press enter.

Then press Alt D to check the option for "import mail from an OE 6 store
directory", and press enter
again.

In the next screen tab once to the browse button, browse to your store folder
in the tree view, and
press enter again.

You will then be able to select either specific folders, or the default choice
is all folders.

When you press enter on the "Next" button it should hopefully import all
folders successfully.

H T H - Leon.

Hi Leon,

backed up the message store as you described. When tried to restore it to a
new machine, only in-box showed as expected, can't get sent items. Any
ideas,

Tom
