[bcab] BCAB List and attribution

Following a recent message to the list I thought I had better clarify an
issue.  Whilst the list is managed by the Board of BCAB the opinions given
on this list are those of the individual who sent the message and not
necessarily those of BCAB.  
 
Thus if any replies to this list are to be used in any
publication/presentation etc. they may not be attributed to BCAB.
 
From time to time, such as in this case,  the Board of BCAB may send an item
to the list but this will be expressly stated as coming from the Board.
