[bcab] Re: BCAB Email List Guidelines

I am not a very avid follower of this list.  But I did set it up in 1992.

As such, I was distressed to hear the flames.  The list was being abused, 
but 2 wrongs do not make a write {sic}.

I hope this missivve does not contain any mistakes.
