Alan,
Yes, I'm getting the same result, and I believe it's the BBC's problem.
Looking at the feed,
http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/radio4/intouch/rss.xml
there are no items available. They don't usually keep many episodes on the
feed, but not to have any is a bit unusual.
Maybe at this time of the week, we're waiting for this evening's episode to be
podcast. That doesn't happen, though, until Wednesday morning, generally. Not
really in the spirit of podcasting, but there it is.
Last week's programme is still on Listen Again, which is a bit perverse!
The Listen Again audio is as follows:-

Vince.

Hello Vince
Thanks for the info. I have managedtorecord some stuff using webbie. At
first the sound levels were too high, but I discovered how to increase/decrease
the volume with control plus i or d. I got a message that there were no
podcasts available from in touch. Do they only provide podcasts for a limited
amount of time?
cheers
Alan

Alan,
An Alternative to Listen Again is to use the podcast feed, which is...
http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/radio4/intouch/rss.xml
If you still have the Webbie software, copy this address and open the
Webbie Podcatcher.
Add the podcast by pressing alt-c for podcasts then A for Add. Type in the
name of the programme, In Touch, then paste the address into the box that asks
for the podcast URL.
All being well, you should have a list of In Touch episodes appearing in
the right-hand window of the podcatcher program.
The Webbie Listen Again program is easier for most of us than trying to use
the iPlayer, and if you explain what problems you've had with it, I'm sure I
can help.
Vince.

Hello Clive
Don't know about the alt null thing, I can't even get that far.
Downloading podcasts from in touch used to be so easy. I know that there has
been an access issue with the i player, but I can't even get that far. Can
anyone tell me in simple moves which links I need to press on the in touch site
to either download, or even to listen again. I am getting very frustrated with
the bbc website, if only they would leave well enough alone. I heard the
article on in touch about using the webbie software to overcome the problem,
but I could not get any further using that. I am using a mixture of Jaws 6, a
demo, and supernova, about version 5.
cheers

Hi all,
looking at the controls on the
BBC Iplayer whilst listening to last week's Paul Gambaccini after
broadcast time, I notice that the restart control is shown with the keystroke
alt + null. Do they man alt on its own, or is there anything cleverer than
that to it?
Thanks,
Clive
Never argue with a fool, for he is doing the same. (Les Barker, see
Detritus, available on the album Guide Cats for the Blind)
