[bcab] Audio editing mailing lists.

Afternoon,

        Can anyone recommend a mailing list or support forum, where someone
trying to record tapes to MP3 might get some help? A rehab worker called
BCAB this week asking on behalf of a visually impaired client of his. It's
not something I know much about, so if any of you can think of some
suggestions, I'll pass them along. Thanks.
