Thanks Clive, but I receive it by Email now anyway after their little mishap

Thanks very much for the info.

hi all, especially Jackie C,
I placed an order with Persula today and checked their formats. The catalogues
go out in large print (16 point font or above), on CD (they didn't specify
format, but I presume some version of audio, since they used to do tape), and
email. So, if you're getting print versions of the catalogues and need a
different format, then just ask, on 020 7357 9298.
Best,
Clive

Absolutely not! The recipient must be blind or partially sighted.
George.

Hi George
So can a company avoid paying postage, by mailing
*all* customers 16 point typeface or above.
