[bcab] Re: Articles for the blind

My local post office will put a proper label on any package that i
want to send using articles for the Blind, along with a warning that
these labels can only be used if the intended package is actually
going to another blind person and the post office has every right to
open the package to check the contents and check that the  addressee
is entitled to recieve items with the AFB label,
