[bcab] Re: Allowing links in outlook

Hi Derek,

dug a bit more into this. Outlook seems to be operating in a "restricted
zone" rather than internet zone. There are masses of security restrictions
in one as against the other. You can customise these settings and when I've
got a bit of time, I'm going to loosen a few strings.

Strangely enough my Outlook has now stopped allowing me to open links in
emails etc. It tells me I am not authorised and to contact my systems
administrator. Not sure why this is happening and I would certainly like to
get things back so I can open links. (I receive mail as HTML.)

Cheers,

Have you got Outlook set to receive in plain text or anything simple like
that?

I get ABC science update. Within the e-mail, there are links that I can't
open within outlook. How do you allow this.
