If you figure it out, let me know. I don't get any message that I can hear.
May be it's something to do with a fire wall.

Strangely enough my Outlook has now stopped allowing me to open links in
emails etc. It tells me I am not authorised and to contact my systems
administrator.  Not sure why this is happening and I would certainly like to
get things back so I can open links. (I receive mail as HTML.)

Have you got Outlook set to receive in plain text or anything simple like

I get ABC science update. Within the e-mail, there are links that I can't
open within outlook.  How do you allow this.
