Hi Tim

Are you using IE7?

If so, are you opening the pdf in a web browser or actually in your
installed copy? Using the web browser method may interfere with some screen
readers.

You can set the accessibility of the pdf reader to always open in your own
installed version which may help.

I still use version reader 7 because version 8 will not work. It says I have
an invalid plug in which may be the screen reader I use.

Kind regards

Charles Crisp

Have Adobe 8.1 and get constant errors opening links in I E for downloads.

Latest one, tried opening the Bt homeHub user guide.

Anyone else running into this sort of trouble?
