[bcab] Adding inflections.

Hi There, 
Can anyone help me to obtain a list of shortcuts which will allow me to add 
accents to word documents.  
It would be great if I could add an umlaut or an acute accent.  
I have Windows EXP home and JAWS 6.  Any pointers on this matter would be much 
appreciated.
