[bcab] Active noise cancelling earphones

The following may be of interest to you if you travel in noisy environments.
 
A few months ago I bought Philips SHN2500 Active Noise Cancelling Headphones

from Argos for just under £20.
 
These earphones come with rubber seals in three sizes which you attach at
the tip of the earpiece to fit the size of your ear.  It operates using a
small battery (supplied).
I found these earphones effective on the train and in airplanes and can
recommend this - the rubber seal prevent a lot of noise entering the ear
canal from the outside environment and the noise cancelling system does the
rest - it is not perfect but very good in my opinion - certainly for the
price.

Some of the reviews are not good but I love these.
