Yes it is as the article claimed that Amazon was unusable by blind people. I 
am a blind person and I have used it many times.

I'm sure CD reviews are not different to book reviews. I know that CD
reviews are no problem once you get a feel for the page.

I remember a good while ago there was an issue with the 'go to checkout'
button which required a bit of fiddling to get to. However, that has long
since been resolved. The point is that the report gave a strong implication
that Amazon was not usable by blind people. My experience tells me that it
quite clearly is. Herein lies the inaccuracy of the report.
