Hi Jim/all,
If you want to create one, best is contrl--shift-f, and the same should exit.

Clive,
Insert menu, Reference. If you want to modify a footnote go into Reference
in the Insert menu and press the Applications key and arrow up to Modify.

Subject: [bcab] Accessing Footnotes in MS Word documents
Hi all,
please can anybody remind me how to read the contents of a footnote in MS
Word - where Jaws ins saying: "Footnote: 1", for example. Is it a Jaws or a MS
Word command I need to find the footnote contents?
Thanks,
Clive
