[bcab] Re: Accessibility Question [Virus checked]

Well, I think I've cracked my accessibility problem. It all seems to stem
from the fact that is a series of unlabelled clickable graphics which only
become visible when graphics in HTML is set to all. When CTRL+ENTER is
pressed on any of them, line 2 alters and the links associated with the
graphic become available. It just goes to show how important alt text is
and how little things can indeed mean a lot. Now when I go to Pacos
restaurant on Thursday night, should I casually mention changes that could
be made to the website?

That's weird, I refreshed the screen and didn't see those at all. I always
find sites like this very frustrating as, although I know that they don't
work with JAWS, I'd love to be able to explain why to companies that I
contact to inform them.

That's what I found. However, a screen refresh brings up (if you'll
pardon the expression) links to Breakfast, Lunch,Drinks etc. These
links disappear if I come into the page from Lotus Notes using
ALT+TAB. But reappear when ALT Tabbing from other applications.

      Hi Iain,

I've just taken a look with JAWS 8. There only appear to be three
links on this page although there are other clickable graphics which
JAWS won't click. The links are labelled library/btn1, library/btn5
and top of page. None of which are particularly helpful. I haven't
had time really to delve into the site apart from that.

                  Hi
I would be interested to hear what happens when other
people access the website www.pacos.co.uk? What puzzles
me is that on going in the site doesn't appear to have
links to the menu. However, on doing a screen refresh,
they appear . Does anyone else see this behaviour using
JAWS? Why should this happen? I am using JAWS 6.2 with
                  Windows XP.
