I'm not sure, but I think that www.nationalrail.co.uk/planmyjourney
allows you to buy tickets and I think it's fairly accessible..
Hope this helps.

Subject: [bcab] Accessable Train Ticket Website
Hi
Could anyone tell of an accessible website on which i can book train
tickets online using JAWS?
I have tried using www.thetrainline.com & National Rail website but
found them to be rather confusing when it came to navigating around the
tables and choosing the correct radio button for the times and ticket
price.
Any recommendations would be useful.
Thanks
Mel
