Yes do get started on Melbourne taxi drivers, this brother or cousin issue is
an extremely difficult issue to resolve, and I am afraid to say when it comes
to the brother driving issue, that's even harder vor blind people, because you
have to prove to the stake holders it was the brother and not the actual
driver, like they think blind people can use cameras do do this.

This issue isn't going to be resolved any time soon, but do get started on this
issue, because there has to be some precautions out there somewhere and maybe
there is even a distant solution which will actually work.

So please do continue with this issue, especially if you have tips on camera
use or you know of regular offenders.

One solution is to ask the taxi operator to give you a number of the car
picking yu up.

Let me tell you, the silvertop company are sick of me asking this question, but
I insist I know which number car is coming to pick me up and not just being
told first available.

If I ever hear drivers tell me this, I assure you, I ask for immediate
termination, pay the fair, ring the company and tell them straight and tell
them they can send me another taxi please.
